Availability of the VisiQuick helpdesk during the holidays

The VisiQuick helpdesk will be completely closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, 25 and 26 December 2025, and on Thursday, 1 January 2026.
On 24 December, we will only be available in the morning.

In addition, Citodent’s telephone availability will change to 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with effect from 22 December. Office hours will remain 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

If you wish to contact the helpdesk during office hours but outside telephone availability, please schedule this with us in advance.
